Trezirea started because we wanted coffee that's actually fresh, not sitting on a shelf for months. We roast every batch here in Romania, let it rest 7 to 14 days so the flavors settle in, then ship it out at the start of each month. The beans come from small farms around the world, and we choose fair-trade sourcing wherever possible.
