Mugur is a washed single origin from the sun-drenched slopes of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia - harvested above 1,600 metres at the Sigiga station and roasted in small seasonal lots. It opens slowly and florally, with a luminous citrus acidity that lingers clean and bright. Medium body, delicate structure, and just enough sweetness to make it the kind of cup you don't rush. A summer lot for mornings that deserve full attention.
